At Pinnacle Car Radios, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new equipment doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Item

  Carefully place the radio and all included accessories back into the original manufacturer packaging to ensure no damage occurs during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your shipping box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our technicians inspect the unit, we will issue your refund or ship your exchange within 5 business days.
